Responsibilities include monitoring stock for baking ingredients and guiding assistant bakers to work efficiently. Applicants should be comfortable with split shifts and available on public holidays and weekends.

• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
• Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently

• 6 days work week, split shifts
• $2000 - $2200

Job Requirements

• Able to work on PH and weekend
• Comfortable with split shift (5 & 6 days work week alternate)
