Responsibilities

• Follow orders from the Production Manager and perform job tasks accordingly.
• Responsible for daily preparation and production of items while maintaining cost and quality.
• Pack and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items following health regulations.
• Prepare a variety of products for production.
• Maintain equipment and ensure sanitation.
• Manage product storage and rotation.
• Assist with inventory in accordance with production schedules.
• Label products correctly with production and expiration dates.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
