Job summary

NVPC in Singapore seeks a purpose-driven professional to support the design, execution and evaluation of programmes that encourage companies to give and volunteer more, embedding purpose and impact into operations.

You will help strengthen social impact capabilities, grow the Company of Good community, and scale impact programmes by collaborating with CIP colleagues, outreach to corporates, and gathering feedback from partners to refine offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across departments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering outcomes
• Exposure to ESG, sustainability, or social impact initiatives is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support design, execution and evaluation of leadership development programmes and corporate volunteering initiatives
• Cultivate new leads through publicity and referrals and improve participant experiences
• Support community-building activities within the Company of Good ecosystem and alumni networks
• Assist in planning and delivering the flagship corporate volunteering programme
• Gather partner feedback to identify opportunities to strengthen programme design and impact
