Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency in Singapore is seeking a Partnership Manager to build and grow strategic partnerships with enterprises, IOHs, training providers, and wider ecosystem partners to leverage SWDA’s careers, jobs, and skills intelligence for data-informed decision making.

The role supports growth and adoption of SWDA’s intel products and platform services by structuring models, coordinating delivery, and gathering market feedback to inform product development.

• Identify, engage, and develop strategic partners aligned to goals.
• Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities.

• Serve as main contact for assigned partners and coordinate onboarding.
• Gather partner needs and feedback to inform product and content.
• Track partnership performance, engagement, adoption, and outcomes.
• Support partner outreach and ecosystem engagement initiatives.
