Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a fundraising coordinator to plan and execute donor campaigns, sponsorship activities, and community outreach.

The role involves building strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, and supporters to secure recurring contributions. Responsibilities include coordinating events from planning to post-event reporting, tracking performance, maintaining records, and reporting monthly results while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• 2+ years in fundraising, donor engagement, events, community outreach, or nonprofit work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders professionally.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple activities concurrently.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, community groups, and supporters to strengthen engagement and recurring contributions.
• Coordinate fundraising events, partnerships, and outreach programmes from planning through implementation and post-event reporting.
• Track fundraising performance, maintain accurate donation records, prepare monthly reports, and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
• Explore new funding opportunities including grants, collaborations, recurring giving programmes, and donor retention strategies to enhance revenue growth.

Requirements

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, event coordination, community outreach, or non-profit environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally.
• Team player who is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple activities concurrently.
