Job summary

UFIT is seeking a Partnerships & Events Manager in Singapore to grow and manage partnerships, events and community activations across Singapore. You will identify and develop partners, create activations, and manage events from planning through to delivery.

The role blends relationship-building, business development and hands-on event execution, turning ideas into well-executed experiences that deliver real value for UFIT and its members.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, events, business development, activations or community management.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore fitness, health and wellness market.
• Existing relationships within Singapore's fitness, wellness, sports or lifestyle ecosystem would be an advantage

• Identify and develop new partnerships across fitness, health, wellness, sports, lifestyle and community
• Build relationships with brands, organisations, clubs, communities and event partners
• Manage partnership discussions, proposals and agreed deliverables
• Develop and coordinate events, activations and community initiatives
• Own event planning including timelines, staffing, venues, suppliers and logistics
• Be the on-ground lead for key events and activations
• Coordinate closely with UFIT's Fitness, Health, Marketing and Hub teams
• Ensure events include effective lead capture and follow-up processes
• Track partnership and event performance including attendance, leads, revenue and ROI
• Manage UFIT Rewards and member-benefit partnerships
• Maintain a pipeline of partnership and event opportunities

About the Role

UFIT is looking for a Partnerships & Events Manager to grow and manage our partnerships, events and community activations across Singapore.

This role combines relationship building, business development and hands-on event execution. You will identify and develop relevant partners, create meaningful activations, and manage events from planning through to delivery.

We are looking for someone who understands the Singapore fitness, health and wellness landscape, is comfortable building relationships across the industry, and can turn ideas into well-executed events that generate real value for UFIT.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new partnerships across fitness, health, wellness, sports, lifestyle and community
• Build relationships with brands, organisations, clubs, communities and event partners
• Manage partnership discussions, proposals and agreed deliverables
• Develop and coordinate events, activations and community initiatives
• Own event planning including timelines, staffing, venues, suppliers, equipment and logistics
• Be the on-ground lead for key events and activations
• Coordinate closely with UFIT's Fitness, Health, Marketing and Hub teams
• Ensure events include effective lead capture and follow-up processes
• Track partnership and event performance including attendance, leads, revenue and ROI
• Manage UFIT Rewards and member-benefit partnerships
• Maintain a pipeline of partnership and event opportunities

The role combines the commercial partnership responsibilities in the existing framework with the end-to-end event ownership defined in the Events Coordinator role.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in partnerships, events, business development, activations or community management
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore fitness, health and wellness market
• Existing relationships within Singapore's fitness, wellness, sports or lifestyle ecosystem would be an advantage
• Preferably an active fitness participant yourself and genuinely interested in health, fitness and wellness
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercially minded and comfortable discussing partnership value and opportunities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple events and stakeholders at the same time
• Confident working independently and taking ownership
