Job summary

Google is seeking a gTech Ads Sellside specialist to provide Level-2 consultations on policy, compliance, billing, and payouts. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop better tools and services for our ad products.

In this role, you will author and maintain internal guides, lead operational readiness and enforcement launches, analyze partner friction, and help scale self-service support across millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in solution consulting, project management, customer operations, or operational workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level-2 consultations for partner managers and support teams on complex policy, compliance, billing, tax, or payout escalations.
• Author and update internal knowledge base guides, escalation workflows, and troubleshooting documentation across Sellside products (AdSense, AdMob, Google Ad Manager).
• Lead operational readiness, compliance launches, and partner enablement for regulatory mandates or billing and payment system updates.
• Analyze partner friction, enforcement trends, appeal rejections, or billing disputes to deliver actionable insights and drive product improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Scale self-service resolution and automated support infrastructure, including training AI troubleshooters and optimizing external help center resources.
