Job summary

Grab is seeking a Partner Acquisition Intern based in Singapore to support onboarding and daily mobility operations across assigned portfolios, with Business First Class rides as the initial focus. You will collaborate with driver-partners, fleet partners, and internal teams to maintain operational readiness and inform decisions.

The internship runs from January to May 2027. You will report to the Manager, Partner Acquisition, and may work with temporary or BPO staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to extract data from dashboards, spreadsheets, or internal tools.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel including lookups, pivot tables, filtering, data validation, and basic data reconciliation.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and translate findings into practical recommendations for management.
• Balance multiple tasks simultaneously, coordinate follow-ups, and communicate blockers promptly.
• Engage drivers, fleet partners, and internal stakeholders, resolve routine issues, and document follow-up actions.
• Experience using AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, documentation, or workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver- and fleet-partner onboarding, activation, and readiness across assigned portfolios, engage partners to clarify requirements, resolve routine issues, and document follow-up actions.
• Pull, validate, clean, reconcile, and analyse portfolio data from approved dashboards, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Present updates on trends, gaps, causes, risks, and recommended actions.
• Monitor daily booking allocation and driver readiness for Business First Class rides, coordinating reminders, training, partner communications, and post-incident follow-up.
• Coordinate shift handovers and provide task-specific guidance to temporary or BPO staff to support execution.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve data analysis, reporting, documentation, and recurring workflows.
