Job summary

Grab is seeking a Partner Acquisition Intern in Singapore to support driver and fleet onboarding, activation, and daily mobility operations with a focus on Business First Class rides. You’ll work with partner networks and internal teams, maintaining operational readiness and coordinating across multiple portfolios.

The internship runs January to May 2027. You will report to the Manager, Partner Acquisition and may work with BPO staff.

Qualifications

Ability to extract data from dashboards, spreadsheets, or internal data tools.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with lookups, pivot tables and data validation.
Ability to analyse operational data and present trends, gaps, causes and actions.
Ability to balance multiple tasks, coordinate follow-ups, and communicate blockers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate driver- and fleet-partner onboarding, activation and readiness; clarify requirements and document follow-ups.
Pull, validate, clean, reconcile and analyse portfolio data; present trends and recommendations.
Monitor daily booking allocation and driver readiness for Business First Class rides with timely communications.
Coordinate shift handovers and guide temporary or BPO staff for on-going tasks.
Leverage AI tools to improve data analysis, reporting, and workflows.
