Partner Account Manager

Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a high-impact channel sales leader to develop and execute partner strategy across ASEAN, recruiting and enabling partners in semiconductor, electronics, data center, and automotive sectors.

You will drive partner revenue, manage forecasts, and build senior-level relationships, coordinating training and certification programs while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in channel/partner sales within technology (e.g., test & measurement, semiconductor, enterprise IT).
• Strong knowledge of distributors, VARs, and system integrators.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through partners.
• ASEAN market experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner strategy and joint GTM plans across ASEAN.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable partners in key industries such as Semiconductor, Electronics, Data Center, and Automotive.
• Drive partner revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and deal registration.
• Build senior-level partner relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
• Coordinate partner training, certifications, and solution specialization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on accounts, campaigns, pricing, and programs.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem.

Education

Pay mix: 70/30

Travel: 30% - 50%
