Job summary

SELF is seeking dedicated Youth Workers to deliver impactful programmes for students at MOE schools. You will plan, facilitate, and implement youth development initiatives that foster social-emotional learning, leadership, and personal growth.

The role involves building rapport with youth, tailoring guidance to individual needs, and collaborating with school staff to ensure meaningful impact. MOE Instructor Registration is required, with at least 2 years of coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in a similar programme.
• Strong skills in rapport building, effective communication, and programme facilitation.
• Proven experience in designing, planning, and implementing group guidance programmes for students.
• Preferably competent in engaging with school staff and other stakeholders.
• Equivalent experience in youth work within school and community settings.
• Registered as an MOE instructor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and facilitate engaging group guidance programmes for students.

• Identify students' needs and provide guidance in personal, academic, and social development.
