BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Youth Worker to mentor identified students, provide counselling, and deliver comprehensive case management in partnership with the school. The role emphasizes safeguarding, risk monitoring, and individualized intervention planning.

You will conduct house visits where needed, plan intervention programmes, engage families, and work with School Leaders to support student development.

Formación

• Must be Accredited Social Worker or MOE-certified personnel.
• Able to engage and motivate students with a hands-on approach.
• Experience with at-risk students and families preferred.
• Provide a list of current and past training for similar programmes since 2022.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and counsel identified students over a prolonged period with positive support.
• Provide comprehensive case management including assessment, formulation and intervention planning.
• Plan and conduct intervention programmes, including house visits when necessary.
• Observe needs and report to Student Management and School Leaders for early intervention.
• Engage families and provide family-based interventions as appropriate.
• Work professionally with Students Management and Development teams.
