Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a building maintenance technician to perform general upkeep and repairs at our Orchard location. Responsibilities include painting, patching walls, plumbing, HVAC servicing, and basic electrical work to keep facilities running smoothly.

The role supports resident services and requires teamwork with Guest Service and Housekeeping to address maintenance requests and maintain safe, well‑maintained premises.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repair in commercial facilities.
• Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
• Willingness to work a 3-day work week including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance and Repair: painting, patching walls, plumbing, air-conditioning servicing, electrical work to ensure smooth operations.
• Building Upkeep: maintain building systems for proper heating, lighting and ventilation.
• Preventive Maintenance: perform routine maintenance and inspect equipment.
• Resident Service: respond to maintenance requests from residents.
• Team Collaboration: work with Guest Service and Housekeeping.
• Reporting: report to the Manager/Assistant Manager, Engineering.

Shift Hours:

* Morning shift (8:30 am to 6 pm)

* Mid shift (10.30am to 7.30pm)

* Afternoon shift (1 pm to 10:30 pm)

inclusive of a 1-hour break

3-day work week, including weekends and public holidays
Location : Orchard

Task :

• General Maintenance and Repair: Conducting works such as painting, patching walls, plumbing, air-conditioning servicing, and working on electrical switches and fixtures to ensure smooth operations.
• Building Upkeep: Maintaining the good physical condition of the building and ensuring that heating, lighting, and ventilation are in good working order.
• Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine preventive maintenance programs and checking/inspecting the building's machinery and equipment.
• Resident Service: Responding to and prioritizing maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents' requests.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues from different departments, including Guest Service and Housekeeping.
• Reporting: Reporting directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering.
