Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to perform general upkeep for a building in Orchard, Singapore. The role includes coordinating with teams and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment.

You will handle painting, plumbing, electrical work, and preventive maintenance, while collaborating with Guest Service and Housekeeping, and reporting to the Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance and Repair: Painting, patching walls, plumbing, air-conditioning servicing, and electrical switches/fixtures.
• Building Upkeep: Maintain building’s physical condition; ensure heating, lighting, ventilation work well.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance and check machinery/equipment.
• Resident Service: Respond to maintenance requisitions and residents’ requests.
• Team Collaboration: Work with guests services and housekeeping.
• Reporting: Report to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering.

Job description

Shift Hours:

* Morning shift (8:30 am to 6 pm)

* Mid shift (10.30am to 7.30pm)

* Afternoon shift (1 pm to 10:30 pm)

inclusive of a 1-hour break

3-day work week, including weekends and public holidays
Location : Orchard

Task :

• General Maintenance and Repair: Conducting works such as painting, patching walls, plumbing, air-conditioning servicing, and working on electrical switches and fixtures to ensure smooth operations.
• Building Upkeep: Maintaining the good physical condition of the building and ensuring that heating, lighting, and ventilation are in good working order.
• Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine preventive maintenance programs and checking/inspecting the building's machinery and equipment.
• Resident Service: Responding to and prioritizing maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents' requests.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues from different departments, including Guest Service and Housekeeping.
• Reporting: Reporting directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Engineering.
