Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Part-Time Staff (Functional Screening) to support FS events for a reputable healthcare client. The role is on-site at One-North with site recce duties and stakeholder coordination.

The successful candidate will work up to 5 days per week, including weekends as required, 8:30am–6:00pm, Wed–Fri as default. Proficiency in MS Office is needed and interaction with seniors is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in event operations, customer service, administration or community outreach would be advantageous.
• Comfortable interacting with seniors and members of the public.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

We are hiring a Part-Time Staff (Functional Screening) Staff to be outsourced to our client from a reputable healthcare organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Screening (FS) Level 1 site recce to assess venue suitability for FS events.
• Follow up with stakeholders on site recce arrangements.
• Oversee the execution of FS events as the Event Point of Contact (POC), including monitoring vendors’ performance.
• Encourage and educate seniors to attend Level 2 follow-up appointments and schedule appointments onsite.
• Support health talks and outreach events.
• Assist with pre-event planning and logistics.

Requirements

• Prior experience in event operations, customer service, administration or community outreach would be advantageous.
• Comfortable interacting with seniors and members of the public.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel to various event sites and community locations in the west.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on event requirements.
• Able to commit up to 5 working days per week. Default workdays are Wednesday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm, with additional workdays, including weekends, depending on event schedules and operational needs.
• Working location: One-north, with deployment to event sites when required.
