Job summary

Singapore Childrens' Society is seeking a Part-Time Social Worker/Counsellor to provide casework and counselling support to individuals and families. You will manage a caseload, deliver interventions, and work collaboratively to achieve sustainable outcomes for clients.

The role requires assessments, care planning, regular progress reviews, emotional support, crisis intervention, and accurate documentation, with flexibility to accommodate client needs and service delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Social Work or Counselling.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Family Service Centres or Protective Services is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 15 clients with casework and counselling interventions.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and review progress regularly.
• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and practical assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and reports.
