Singapore Children's Society is looking for a Part-Time Social Worker/Counsellor to provide casework and counselling support to individuals and families. The role involves managing a caseload, delivering interventions, and collaborating to achieve sustainable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work or Counselling.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working in Family Service Centres (FSC) or Protective Services is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and case management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of up to 15 clients, providing casework and/or counselling interventions
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and review progress regularly
• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and practical assistance based on client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support client outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case documentation and reports
