Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service.
• Take accurate customer orders and process them through the POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeaway orders.
• Attend to customer enquiries and feedback.
• Promote current and upcoming promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Ensure proper display of food items and assist customers.
• Support daily outlet operations, including stock replenishment.
• Assist with basic baking duties.
• Comply with company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeaway orders.
• Attend to customer enquiries and feedback, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Promote current and upcoming promotions to enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Ensure proper display of food items and assist customers with selection and packing.
• Support daily outlet operations, including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, storage, and opening/closing duties.
• Assist with basic baking duties where required.
• Comply with company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
