Woodlands Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 0.4 FTE position in Singapore. The role involves rotational or non-rotational duties within a multidisciplinary setting, coordinating projects, supervising students, and providing guidance for assessments and treatments to complex cases.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy from recognised institution.
• Registered with the Allied Health Prof. Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and plan therapy for complex cases.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and develop SMART therapy plans with patients.
• Coordinate discharge or continuity of care with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and students.
• Participate in quality, safety and improvement activities within the department.
