Woodlands Hospital in Singapore seeks a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation within a multi-disciplinary team. You will handle complex cases, coordinate care plans, and contribute to teaching and supervision of students as needed.

The role supports rotational or non-rotational duties, requires AHPC registration and at least 2 years of experience, and may involve leading a small team under the Head of Department.

Formación

• Recognized Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Non-recognized Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Therapy with relevant qualifications e.g. Qualifying Exams.
• At least 2 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in (in JG12 and below) and demonstrate competencies expected of this job grade.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects and supervise undergraduate students and others in the department.
• Manage complex cases independently.
• Potential to act as Team Coordinator with authority from Head of Department.

Job Purpose

Occupational Therapists use activities with specific goals to ensure maximum recovery and optimal independence of individuals with disease or injury within a multi-disciplinary setting. This may be a rotational or non-rotational post within a multi-disciplinary setting. The Occupational Therapist may coordinate projects and supervise undergraduate students and others in the department.

The Occupational Therapist should be able to manage complex cases independently. The Occupational Therapist is required to provide guidance to juniors for assessment and treatment of patients with multiple complexities. The Occupational Therapist functioning at this level may assume the role of a Team Coordinator with authority from the Head of Department.

Job Requirements

Registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC), Singapore with Full Registration.
