Job summary

Woodlands Health in Singapore seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team. You will conduct assessments, plan therapies, and deliver interventions to maximise patient independence, aligned with treatment goals and safety standards.

You will supervise students, mentor junior staff, and participate in quality improvement and education activities, contributing to discharge planning and integrating care across services.

Qualifications

• Recognized Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• AHPC registration in Singapore.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and therapy planning with patient-centered goals.
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions based on condition, indications and goals.
• Document patient progress and management plans in line with department guidelines.
• Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care with stakeholders.
• Provide supervision or mentorship to junior staff and students.
