Overview

Retail Associate / Cashier role at Changi Airport. Handle day-to-day retail operations, sales generation, customer service, and payments processing in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day retail operations & sales achievement of given target
• Communicate to customers about on-going promotions & offers
• Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System
• Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
• Promote first class service excellence & customer experience at all times
• Adhere to duty roster & assignments given by the Supervisors/Managers
• Be the company’s front line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image

Job Requirements

• GCE O Level and above
• At least 1 year retail operation experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• A good team player, mature and self-driven
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts duties
