• Recruit participants and obtain informed consent from IMH Emergency Room participants.
• Collect data via semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and chart reviews.
• Transcribe interviews and score questionnaires; perform data entry and analysis.
• Maintain study databases and ensure confidentiality; attend required training.
• Provide administrative support and handle study-related documentation and logistics.
