Job summary

Sunshine Kids Educare Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Preschool Educator to nurture and educate young children in a safe, inclusive environment. You will plan and deliver age-appropriate programs, foster social and emotional development, and ensure each child's well-being.

You will collaborate with parents, staff, and volunteers, tailoring support to individual needs while upholding MTFA standards and a commitment to quality education.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
• Recognised Early Childhood Education qualification (L2) and/or relevant diploma or degree.
• Experience in planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities is an advantage.
• Previous childcare experience and collaboration with families are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver holistic educational programs for young children.
• Foster social and emotional development and nurture wellbeing.
• Observe, assess, and document children's development and share feedback with parents.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and volunteers to coordinate learning activities and care strategies.
• Ensure safety, health, and compliance with MTFA standards.
• Attend required trainings and stay updated on best practices in childcare.
