Qualifications

• Recognised Early Childhood Education qualification (L2) and/or relevant diploma or degree.
• Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
• Experience in planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities is an advantage.
• Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster holistic child development—social, emotional, cognitive, and moral.
• Team player with collaborative mindset; able to work with parents, caregivers, colleagues, and volunteers.
• Empathetic, ethical, and professional in all interactions.
• Resilient and adaptable in navigating challenges.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver holistic learning activities that promote development across cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and moral domains.
• Use creative teaching methods to engage children and accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Foster social and emotional development by guiding relationships and expressing emotions constructively.
• Monitor safety, health, and well-being; maintain MTFA standards and respond to incidents.
• Observe, assess, and document development; provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to coordinate learning activities and care strategies.
