Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Preschool Educator to support the teaching team in creating a joyful and safe learning space for young children. You will assist the main teacher with lessons, prepare materials, and help orchestrate daily activities.

The ideal candidate is friendly, eager to learn, a strong communicator, and a team player who can foster positive relationships with children and parents.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about working with children.
• Willing to learn and take guidance from the main teacher.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Possession of a Food Hygiene Certificate will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the main teacher in carrying out lessons and activities according to the curriculum.
• Help prepare teaching materials and organise the classroom for daily learning.
• Engage with children through interactive activities, including songs, games, and stories.
• Support the observation and documentation of children’s learning progress.
• Supervise and guide children during indoor and outdoor play.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Foster respectful and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
