Job summary

Sunshine Kids Educare Private Limited seeks a Preschool Educator to plan and deliver age-appropriate programs in a safe, inclusive setting. You will foster social and emotional development, collaborate with parents and volunteers, and support every child’s well-being.

You will tailor support to individual needs, maintain MTFA-compliant practices, and document developmental progress for families and staff.

Qualifications

• Recognised Early Childhood Education qualification (EY2 / L1 / L2) and/or diploma or degree.
• Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred.
• Experience planning age-appropriate learning activities is advantageous.
• Strong communication, observation and interpersonal skills.
