Fever is seeking a part-time on-site Event Manager to lead Fever Originals experiences in and near Singapore. You will be the onsite point of contact, coordinating staff, guests, and logistics for Friday–Sunday events, with flexible weekday prep windows.

You’ll train teams, manage inventory and guest lists, and help with venue walk-throughs while representing Fever brand with professional service. A driver’s license and Laptop access are preferred, and opportunities to expand to other Fever

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in event management or a relevant degree (preferred).
• Experience leading an on-site team.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a pressured environment.
• Driver's license strongly preferred.
• Laptop required for role.

Responsabilités

• Act as main onsite contact for Fever events and staff; coordinate with Fever Originals manager.
• Full visibility into staff roster; set schedule; coordinate with staffing agency for reschedules.
• Train staff in duties in preparation for events.
• Drive uHaul with event supplies; arrange alternatives if driver unavailable.
• Manage inventory and track supplies for venues; handle printing needs.
• Manage guest lists and opening/closing remarks; may speak publicly.
• Provide weekly reports to Fever Originals Project Managers on event status.
• Assist with evaluating and executing venue walk-throughs.
• Opportunity to grow to manage other Fever Original Events in other areas.
• Represent the Fever brand with professional communication and customer service.
