Job summary

LOTTE Travel Retail Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable Stock Custodian to support the inventory team at our Singapore location.

You will handle receiving, storage, and distribution of duty-free stocks, assist with transfers, and ensure accurate documentation for all inventory movements. The role requires physical ability to lift heavy loads, strong organisation, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• Able to handle movements of heavy loads and cartons.
• Organised and self-motivated.
• Able to thrive under pressure.
• Can commit 2 months.
• Comfortable with shift work.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of incoming stocks and deliveries.
• Assist in transfers/returns of outgoing stocks.
• Ensuring all documentations relating to inventory movements are in order.
• Delivering of duty-free orders into departure gate holding rooms prior to gate closing for travelers.
• Assist in the storage of inventory in the back end storage / office.
• Assist to top up display stocks at the stores
• Assist in IShop Changi fulfilment in the picking and packing of orders
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Retail Managers.
