Job summary

LOTTE TRAVEL RETAIL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Stock/Inventory Assistant to support receiving, transfers, and fulfilment tasks at our Changi operations. You will help with packing, displays, and daily inventory movements, ensuring documentation is accurate.

The role requires light to moderate physical work, ability to thrive under pressure, and reliability. Training will be provided; joining bonus applies to local full-time hires, with medical and dental benefits included.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or NITEC required.
• Able to handle movements of heavy loads and carton boxes.
• Organised and self-motivated.
• Able to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receiving of incoming stocks and deliveries.
• Assist in the transfers / returns of outgoing stocks.
• Ensuring all documentations relating to inventory movements are in order.
• Delivering of duty-free orders into departure gate holding rooms prior to gate closing for travelers.
• Assist in the storage of inventory in the back end storage / office.
• Assist to top up display stocks at the stores
• Assist in IShop Changi fulfilment in the picking and packing of orders
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Retail Managers.
