Qualifications

• Master’s and/or Ph.D. in Interaction Design, Creative Technologies, Media Arts, Product Design, Design Engineering, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Prior undergraduate teaching experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with substantial industry experience in interactive systems or creative technology may be considered in exceptional cases.

Responsibilities

• Teach an undergraduate DS1101 Transversal Studio: Sense and Interaction, starting January 2027.
• Lead hands-on studio projects and guided explorations of input, processing and output in interactive design.
• Incorporate Arduino, sensors, TouchDesigner and introductory Python for prototyping.
