Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore is seeking a part-time payroll administrator for a 2–3 month contract (3 days per week). Tentative start: 1 December 2026.

You will manage payroll using INFOTECH, handle leave records, CPF/MOM submissions, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and support recruitment administration.

This role requires hands-on payroll experience and the ability to work independently in a confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience required.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR operations advantageous.
• Familiarity with INFOTECH payroll / HR system strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of CPF and other statutory HR submissions.
• Comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity.
• Meticulous and able to handle confidential employee information.
• Able to commit 3 days per week for approximately 2–3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle using INFOTECH
• Handle employee leave administration and records in INFOTECH
• Prepare and submit required information to government agencies including CPF and MOM
• Support tax and childcare claim submissions where applicable
• Administer employee benefits and health insurance matters
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including onboarding and offboarding
• Support recruitment administration including job postings and interview arrangements
• Provide general office and administrative support when required
