Job summary

EASYAD CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a fund accounting professional to review hedge fund NAVs, reconcile P&L movements and support client reporting. The role involves coordinating with prime brokers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service and to address any discrepancies.

You will supervise workload, manage payment controls, and assist audits, regulations, and fund lifecycle activities, including launches and restructurings. Prior NAV experience is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review hedge fund NAVs, trial balances, expenses and P&L movements.
• Resolve trade, position, cash and pricing discrepancies with prime brokers and managers.
• Support supervision, training and workload allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee payment controls and address audit/risk findings.
• Coordinate fund audits and regulatory filings, and prepare fund meeting reports.
• Assist launches, restructurings and closures and contribute to system upgrades.

Job description

Work with funds of hedge funds across NAV reviews, client servicing and fund lifecycle activities. This opportunity combines technical accounting responsibilities with team coordination, audit management and process improvements.

Job Scope

• Review hedge fund NAVs, trial balances and expenses, analysing P&L movements, side pockets and share class hedging.
• Resolve trade, position, cash and pricing discrepancies with prime brokers, investment managers and internal teams.
• Support team supervision, training and workload allocation, ensuring timely delivery and consistent service standards.
• Oversee payment controls, maintain operating procedures and address findings from audit, risk and compliance reviews.
• Manage client queries, coordinate fund audits and applicable regulatory filings, and prepare reports for fund meetings.
• Support fund launches, restructurings and closures, while contributing to system upgrades and process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in hedge fund accounting or fund administration, with practical NAV preparation and review experience.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting principles, portfolio reconciliations, share classes and operational controls.
• Experience coordinating client reporting, fund audits and stakeholder queries.
