Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore Islandwide is seeking a Fitness Membership Consultant to drive memberships, conduct club tours, and present membership options. You will create a warm, energetic member experience while delivering consultative service across the sales journey.

Roles include follow-up on leads, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with the club team, and supporting events and campaigns. Training is provided; shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
• No fitness-industry experience required — training provided.

Fitness Membership Consultant

Working Days:5 days, 9.30am to 7.30pm / 10am to 8pm (44 hours per week)

Salary: Basic $2200 + Commission = Gross Salary $4000- $5000

Location: Islandwide

Objective

To deliver engaging, safe, and results-driven fitness experiences for our members. This role is responsible for conducting group classes, assisting members on the gym floor, supporting personal training services, and promoting a vibrant club culture that supports every individual’s wellness journey.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Membership Growth

• Engage prospective members through walk-ins, enquiries, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Conduct club tours and present suitable membership options.
• Achieve individual sales KPIs and contribute to club targets.
• Promote membership packages, campaigns, and ongoing promotions effectively.

2. Member Engagement & Service

• Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression of the club.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and members to enhance retention.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Ensure every interaction reflects a positive and energetic club experience.

3. Lead Management & Follow-up

• Follow up on leads promptly and manage sales pipelines effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and conversions.
• Nurture prospects through consistent communication and engagement.
• Convert enquiries into memberships through consultative selling.

4. Club Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with the club team to ensure smooth operations and member experience.
• Support club events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Collabrate with front-of-house and fitness teams to drive engagement.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

5. Professionalism & Growth

• Stay motivated, target-driven, and performance-focused.
• Continuously develop sales and product knowledge.
• Maintain professionalism and always uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.
• No fitness industry experience required — training will be provided.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
