GREENTECH FIRE AND SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Part Time Fire Safety Manager in Singapore to oversee compliance with Fire Safety Act and SCDF requirements. You will prepare essential data, supervise fire safety works, and coordinate drills and emergency plans.

The role requires a Certificate in Fire Safety Manager, SCDF registration eligibility, and the ability to conduct inspections on weekdays. You will work as part of a team to promote a safe premises environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Fire Safety Manager Course required.
• Eligible to be registered with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
• Must be a Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Ability to conduct inspections on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Essential Civil Defence data and fire safety documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Fire Safety Act and Fire Code requirements.
• Supervise maintenance of fire safety works and systems.
• Acknowledge hot works and advise on precautions.
• Conduct regular fire safety checks and drills.
• Maintain records of fire safety equipment and reports.
• Coordinate with CERT representatives and occupants on safety activities.
• Transport coordination for annual fire safety documentation and inspections.
