Job summary

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid work pass.
• Able to stay alert and attentive for extended periods.
• High level of integrity, impartiality, and professionalism.
• Comfortable following structured procedures and completing written reports.
• Presentable; able to maintain professional/smart casual attire.
• No conflict of interest with candidates sitting for the examination.
• Prior invigilation, education, or customer service experience an advantage — training provided.
• Flexible availability; punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the examination venue and verify examination materials before each session.
• Check candidate identity against the roster using valid photo ID, and maintain a signed candidate register.
• Conduct security checks of candidates before entry and upon re-entry from breaks.
• Provide continuous supervision of the examination room throughout each session.
• Identify and prevent prohibited items from entering the examination room.
• Manage candidate rest breaks according to programme requirements.
• Identify, manage, and report candidate misconduct or examination irregularities in writing.
• Collect and account for all examination materials at the end of each session.
• Complete and submit required reports and documentation promptly.
• Attend the pre-assignment briefing for each session.
