JTA CONSULTANCY seeks enthusiastic Part-Time Events Assistants to support planning, coordination and execution of events in Singapore. You will gain practical experience in the events and media industry while training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in organising and coordinating events, programmes and activities.
• Support event preparations, including logistics, materials and venue setup.
• Help prepare venues and dismantle after events.
• Assist in managing event schedules and planned activities.
• Liaise with participants, suppliers and relevant parties.
• Provide on-site assistance to ensure events run smoothly.
• Support event promotions and marketing content creation.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
