Job summary

ALTIUS ORG is seeking an Events Coordinator to help bring events to life in Singapore. You will work with the team to keep event operations organised, support on-site staff, and ensure everything runs smoothly from setup to pack-down.

You will set up, coordinate and pack down events, manage staff schedules and materials, assist promoters on-site, monitor progress and report updates to the manager. The role offers hands-on experience in events, operations and team coordination in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Organised and reliable with ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Strong English communication; other languages are a plus.
• Willing to start within a week and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Event, CCA or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
