Job summary

Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie on Neil Road seeks a cheerful Part-Time Service Crew to deliver warm hospitality and memorable dessert experiences. You'll work with the full-time team to greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a tidy dining area.

Experience in F&B or customer service is preferred, training is provided. Availability includes weekday nights, weekend day and night shifts, and public holidays; up to 40 hours per month, for 3 to 6 months. Singaporeans and PRs only.

• Personality: Friendly, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Good communication and teamwork.

We’re looking for a cheerful and reliable Part-Time Service Crew to join our team at Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie — a dessert destination along Neil Road known for our elegant ice cream parfaits, boutique wines, and tea-based mocktails and cocktails.

Your Role

You’ll be working alongside our full-time service crew to deliver warm, thoughtful service and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality.
• Take and serve orders, handle payments, and assist with table service.
• Learn our menu of parfaits, wines, and tea-based drinks to make simple recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Support the team during busy service hours and special occasions.

What We’re Looking For
