Job summary

AJ System Engineering Pte. Ltd is seeking a part-time Customer Service representative to handle inquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, and to provide product and order information.

The position requires a minimum SPM and at least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, with strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency. Bilingual English and Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers; must multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification completed.
• At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email & WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, quotations, and orders.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Update customer records and ensure proper documentation filing.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
