Job summary

Accord Medical Clinic in Singapore seeks a clinic assistant to support daily operations in a busy healthcare setting. You will register patients at the reception, dispense drugs, handle payments, and arrange referrals to specialists or hospitals.

You will also manage appointment scheduling, respond to inquiries, and monitor stock levels, ordering medicines and supplies as required. Attention to compliance and privacy is important.

• Monitoring of stock levels to ensure that minimum stock levels are maintained
• Ordering of medicines and supplies
• Able to work on one or more of these shifts: Weekdays: 6.30pm to 9.30pm; Sunday morning: 9pm to 1pm
