Job summary

Aureffle Café is seeking energetic Part-Time Cafe Crew members to join our team in Singapore. If you enjoy desserts, beverages, and creating memorable customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving menu items, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations. No experience is required as training will be provided, with shifts on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Prepare and serve waffles, gelato, beverages, milkshakes, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, counters, kitchen, and equipment.
• Replenish stocks and assist with inventory management.
• Follow food safety and workplace hygiene regulations.
• Assist in opening and closing duties when required.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
