Job summary

Five Oars Coffee Roasters Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a part-time Café & Bar team member in Singapore. You will deliver friendly service, prepare beverages, greet customers, and help maintain smooth daily operations in a busy café environment.

The role requires weekend availability, flexible scheduling, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Training will be provided; prior F&B experience is welcome but not mandatory. Hourly rate SGD 11.00 onwards with staff discounts and meal allowances.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required.
• Prior experience in F&B is welcome but not mandatory.
• Positive, friendly, service-oriented attitude is essential.
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee and beverage offerings, including espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and other menu items.
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service.
• Provide accurate menu recommendations and assist customers with their choices.
• Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and serving of orders.
• Set, clear, and maintain tables to ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and service areas.
• Support the Shift Manager with special events and daily operations when required.
• Communicate customer feedback and concerns promptly to the Shift Manager.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Support fellow team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

The Role

Working Commitment & Salary
