Job summary

Café Leitz by GLAZE in South Beach Quarter Singapore is seeking a warm, reliable Barista on a part-time basis. You will craft espresso-based and non-coffee beverages and deliver genuine hospitality.

You will operate the POS, maintain cleanliness, support opening/closing duties, and work with a tight-knit team under the Head Barista and Operations Manager. SCA certification or training is a plus, but passion matters most.

Qualifications

• Experience in a café or specialty coffee environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable team player.
• Punctual and friendly attitude.
• Espresso prep and milk texturing experience.
• SCA certification or formal training is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, reliable and passionate Barista to join our team and work alongside our Head Barista and Operations Manager.

This role goes beyond making coffee. You'll help create memorable experiences for our guests while working in one of Singapore's most unique design-led café spaces.

What You'll Do

Craft espresso-based and non-coffee beverages to our standards

Provide warm, attentive hospitality and assist customers with orders

Operate the POS system and manage customer transactions

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and café

Assist with opening and/or closing duties

Support daily operations and work closely with the team during service

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has prior experience working in a café or specialty coffee environment

Takes pride in consistency and attention to detail

Is punctual, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team

Brings positive energy and genuine hospitality to every interaction

Has experience with espresso preparation and milk texturing

SCA certification or formal coffee training is a plus, but a passion for the craft matters most.
