Job summary

MORROW Health in Singapore is seeking a Nutrition Ambassador who will be the storyteller of our food philosophy, connecting our nutrition pillars to members’ daily choices. You will curate dishes and drinks with care, delivering authentic engagement and deep knowledge of our offerings.

This role requires ownership, collaboration, and agility, enabling memorable dining experiences while supporting MORROW’s member journey across front-of-house positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as barista, café, or F&B preferred.
• Basic coffee knowledge preferred; training provided.
• Valid food hygiene certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliable, eager to learn.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Keep beverages consistent and neatly presented.
• Take orders and assist guests with menu inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar, equipment, and workstations.
• Support stock checks and inventory duties.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily tasks.
• Work closely with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure drinks are made consistently and presented neatly.
• Take orders and assist guests with basic menu enquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and workstations.
• Support stock checks, replenishment, and basic inventory duties.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.

• Prior barista, café, or F&B experience is preferred.
• Basic coffee knowledge is preferred, but training can be provided.
