Job summary

MORROW Health in Singapore is seeking a Nutrition Ambassador to embody our food philosophy and guide members through wellness-focused dining experiences. You will explain how MORROW's nutrition pillars shape every dish and drink, and engage guests with authentic, knowledgeable service.

You will also participate in cooking classes, demonstrations, and other guest-facing activities, ensuring seamless support across the member journey and upholding hygiene and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality, restaurants, or member clubs.
• Valid food hygiene certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests.
• Passion for wellness, nutrition, and service.
• Knowledge of MORROW's full offerings and the role F&B plays in supporting the nutrition pillar.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to members.

• Represent F&B offerings in classes, demos, or educational touchpoints.
• Take and deliver orders with accuracy, mindful of dietary preferences.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards of the highest quality.
• Manage guest flow, reservations, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with teammates across all zones to ensure a seamless and integrated member experience.
• Support other customer service functions when needed, demonstrating agility and teamwork.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, or member clubs.
