Claritri AI is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting & Operations Lead in Singapore. You will manage accounting records, invoicing, payments, and tax compliance while coordinating with external advisors. This role offers flexible hours and remote work options for a fast-moving startup.

You will work closely with the founders to ensure smooth financial administration, build cash flow reports, and support broader finance functions as the company grows in the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Experience with Singapore accounting and tax practices.
• Hands-on experience with Xero or QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with IRAS requirements and Singapore corporate compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly accounting records, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Manage customer invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate supplier, contractor, and consultant payments, including international payments.
• Manage bookkeeping using Xero or QuickBooks.
• Support Singapore tax compliance, including GST (where applicable), IRAS filings, and corporate tax obligations.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisers, and corporate secretarial providers and Insurance providers.
• Prepare simple monthly financial summaries and cash flow reports.
• Support general finance and business administration as needed.

About the Role

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for someone with hands-on accounting experience and a good understanding of Singapore's financial and regulatory requirements.
