About the team

Our top-ranked finance lawyers have a track record of executing transactions with innovation and vigour and advising clients at the forefront of their markets. The Global Loans practice advises on a range of banking matters including Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Infrastructure Acquisition Finance, Corporate Lending, Fund Finance and the like. In addition, our practice extends to bilateral and syndicated loans, guarantee and security issues, and regulatory matters, including the establishment of banks and the carrying out of lending and investment banking activities within Europe, the Middle East, APAC and the US. Our clients include leading investment and commercial banks as well as substantial corporate borrowers, issuers and sponsors.

About the role

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience as a paralegal and or paralegal type role.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude toward work and a desire to learn and develop.
• A team player - flexible in their approach to work and willingness to go the extra mile, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Enthusiastic and proactive, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
