Our top-ranked finance lawyers have a track record of executing transactions with innovation and vigour and advising clients at the forefront of their markets. The Global Loans practice advises on a range of banking matters including Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Infrastructure Acquisition Finance, Corporate Lending, Fund Finance and the like. In addition, our practice extends to bilateral and syndicated loans, guarantee and security issues, and regulatory matters, including the establishment of banks and the carrying out of lending and investment banking activities within Europe, the Middle East, APAC and the US.
