Duke-NUS Medical School's Lien Centre for Palliative Care (LCPC) seeks a full-time Curriculum Developer/Specialist to design and update training programmes, prepare materials, and align learning outcomes with the centre’s vision in palliative care.

You will lead collaborations, develop competency-based modules, pursue accreditation, and write grants to advance education for healthcare professionals regionally.

Qualifications

  • Master-level education expertise in curriculum design and instructional design.
  • Experience designing curriculum for professional training and continuing education.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and Singapore's upskilling frameworks.
  • Ability to update learning outcomes to reflect a centre's vision in palliative care.
  • Experience writing grants and securing funding is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop curriculum for training programmes.
  • Prepare lesson materials and resources for the programme.
  • Update learning outcomes to reflect centre’s vision in palliative care.
  • Create presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with clinical leads and institutions to assess training needs.
  • Build competency-based learning modules and interdisciplinary courses.
  • Lead operational matters and educational activities.
  • Develop new collaborations and partnerships regionally and globally.
  • Pursue accreditation of courses with national frameworks for funding.
  • Explore innovative educational technologies to improve learning outcomes.
  • Prepare regular compliance and data-driven reports.
  • Support grant writing and education-related proposals.
  • Perform other duties as requested by LCPC leadership.
